Made-to-Order Returns & Exchanges

Each Called By Name piece is made especially for you when your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color selections, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for ordering the incorrect size. Please review the size guide provided on each product page carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering—we're happy to help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly after they're placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered production.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided.
